    Although wearing a Wellness Weight Belt is not a “Full” workout program like you would do at a gym with free weights, a medical check up is essential prior to commencement of a full weight program for those who are over 35 years of age, if have been inactive or have a medical condition –e.g. heart problems, asthma or severe osteoporosis. If you have an injury consult your chiropractic or medical doctor to see whether wearing weight may be harmful for you.

  • Longer belts weigh more than shorter belts. Here are the approximate weight of various sizes

    30” weighs about 4.5 to 5 pounds
    40” weighs about 7.5 to 8 pounds
    50” weighs about 10 or 11 pounds
