We keep your personal information private and secure. When you make a purchase from our site, you provide your name, email address, credit card information, address, phone number, and a password. We use this information to process your orders, to keep you updated on your orders and to personalize your shopping experience.

To keep you informed about our latest offers, we may notify you of current promotions, specials and new additions to the www.wellnessbelts.com site. You may unsubscribe from our newsletters by following the unsubscribe instructions in any email you receive from us.
When entering any of our contests or prize drawings, you provide your name, email address and mailing address. If you win, we will send the prize to the address entered and notify you by email. When you enter a contest or drawing you are also included in our newsletter list to receive notice of promotions, specials and new additions to the www.wellnessbelts.com site. Your credit card information is actually entered into our Merchant Account Gateway Provider, Elavon Inc. For your protection, your credit card information never goes into any of our databases on our servers.

Product Suitability
The clients must satisfy themselves as to the suitability of the product for the planned use and shall be solely responsible for the choice. Wellness Belts Inc. makes no warranties or representations, express or implied including but not limited to warranties of the merchantability and fitness for any particular purpose. In no event will Wellness Belts Inc. be liable for any indirect, special, consequential or other damages, however caused, occasioned through the use of, or inability to use, the weighted belt products.
Order Acceptance Policy
Your receipt of an electronic or other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Wellness Belts Inc. reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order to accept or decline your order for any reason or to supply less than the quantity you ordered of any item.
Credit Cards
We accept the following credit cards: VISA and MasterCard. There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases on www.wellnessbelts.com. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.
Shipping Policy
Shipping Time — We will display the expected shipping time currently estimated on the home page whenever there is a backlog. Otherwise, most orders received before 3:00PM EST will ship the same day, provided the product ordered is in stock. Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday, except by prior arrangement. If we can not ship within 5 business days of the order, we will contact you by email with the approximate delay time. You will then be given the option to keep the order open or to cancel.
We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive. Consider any shipping or transit time offered to you by Wellness Belts Inc. or other parties only as an estimate. We encourage you to order in a timely fashion to avoid delays caused by shipping or product demand or availability. We currently utilize the UPS standard ground shipping method.
Out-of-Stock Products
There may be times when the product you have ordered is out-of-stock which will delay fulfilling your order. We will keep you informed of any products that you have ordered that are out-of-stock and unavailable for immediate shipment. You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipping.
Multiple Product Orders
For a multiple product order, we will make every attempt to ship all products contained in the order at the same time. Products that are unavailable at the time of shipping will be shipped as they become available, unless you inform us otherwise. You will only be charged for products contained in a given shipment, plus any applicable shipping charges. You will only be charged for shipping at the rate quoted to you on your purchase receipt. The entirety of this shipping charge may be applied to the first product(s) shipped on a multiple shipment order.
Taxes
Wellness Belts Inc. shall automatically charge and withhold the applicable Canadian 5% GST for orders delivered in Canada, and 8% PST for orders to be delivered to addresses within Ontario. For orders shipped to other states, you are solely responsible for all sales taxes or other taxes.
Belt Sizes
It is the responsibility of the customer to order the correct size. We have provided a page with written and video instructions to follow to determine correct size. Shipping costs to and from our factory to replace an incorrect size belt are the customer's responsibility.
Returns & Exchanges
All shipping costs for returns, exchanges, alterations and repairs including manufacturer's defects requiring repair are the responsibility of the customer. COD's will NOT be accepted by Wellness Belts Inc. The Wellness Belt is guaranteed against manufacturer’s defect and/or workmanship for a period of one year. We will repair or replace at our discretion.
The Wellness Belt carries a MONEY BACK guarantee for a period of 90 days from date of purchase upon the customer being completely satisfied with the performance of the product.
In order to be processed, all returns and exchanges must be accompanied by the "RETURNS PROCEDURE FORM" and the original sales receipt and the original credit or debit card receipt.
Returns
Refunds will be issued in the same tender as the original purchase unless purchase was in cash, in which case we will issue a cheque. Refunds are only issued for products and taxes. Shipping charges and taxes on shipping on the original order are non-refundable. On orders where there was free shipping, a $20 handling fee will apply.
Please allow 60 days for refunds to be processed.
Exchanges
If you receive a Wellness Belt which was not the correct size for you, you must return it to us for exchange within 7 days of receipt.
Typographical Errors
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price due to typographical error or error in pricing information received from our suppliers, Wellness Belts Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any orders placed for product listed at the incorrect price. Wellness Belts Inc. shall have the right to refuse or cancel any such orders whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is canceled, Wellness Belts Inc. shall immediately issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the incorrect price.
