I am amazed at the success I am achieving with the Wellness belt. I started out on the first hole and within a week and a half am on the fourth hole. I wear it all day and forget that I am even wearing it. I dislike exercise so this is the perfect answer - it does not make me uncomfortable or take time out of my day so I can get things done and socialize while it gives me a workout and improves my health. It would take a month of dieting and gym workouts for the same results based on past experiences.I plan to wear this for maitenance purposes - we know this is the most difficult part of losing weight. I would be interested to know if you are a medical doctor or what specialized field you have your doctorate.
