I used a Step Counter To prove How Effective the Wellness Belt Is.

"Dear Wellness Belts; I have been wearing one of your belts for the last several months and decided last week to do a little experiment, that I might determine the actual benefits derived from it's use. I have a Polar heart rate monitor and a pedometer.(A step counter.) The heart rate monitor calculates the approximate calorie burn based upon the heart rate and it also provides the average heart rate over the period of time the unit is activated. The calculated time for this experiment was 13 hours, which is the time I wear your belt daily. I did this test over two days. The first day with your belt off, the second day with your belt on. I duplicated my diet both days and walked 13,500 steps each day. The first day I burned 2270 calories and my average heart rate was 77 beats per minute. The second day I burned 2565 calories and my average heart rate for the day was 81. One day wearing the belt burned almost 300 calories and raised my heart rate 4 beats per minute, every minute for 13 hours!! This tells me I can gain one day week on my calorie intake and explains why your product works. The belt takes less than a minute to put on, and I know the benefits I will gain long term is well worth the price of the belt. A great idea and a excellent product!!"
